Hello,

My name is Dr. Kabir Chandiramani. I am a practicing dentist and healthcare professional, now beginning an exciting new chapter in Canada as I transition into business studies and explore new opportunities for growth, learning, and building a meaningful future.

I am also a Canadian Permanent Resident and currently looking for accommodation near Schulich School of Business or nearby areas.

As a tenant and housemate, I would describe myself as extremely clean, respectful, responsible, and easy to get along with. I strongly believe that a home should feel peaceful, positive, and comfortable for everyone living in it.

I have a very adaptable personality, a disciplined lifestyle, and a zero-attitude nature. I am proactive, organized, and always willing to contribute to household chores, cleanliness, and shared responsibilities. I deeply respect personal space, value honesty, and believe open and mature communication makes shared living harmonious.

I’m friendly by nature, a good listener, open-minded, and someone who genuinely enjoys meaningful conversations, honestly, give me a cup of coffee and we can talk for hours. I connect easily with people from different backgrounds and cultures, which makes living together smooth and enjoyable.

Coming from a medical background, I carry professionalism, empathy, and responsibility into my everyday life. I’m focused on building a stable and successful future in Canada, and I’m not just looking for a place to stay temporarily, I’m genuinely looking for a long-term rental where, if the place and the vibe feel right, I’d be happy to truly call it home.
