I am looking for a female roommate. I have already signed a lease for a 2 bed basment suite 2 stops from UofA campus. In unit laundry, $800/month not including utitlities. New paint and floors. I am an incoming transfer to the UofA, so I have a few years of uni living under my belt already. I really enjoy a clean space (I have spent many summers as a professional cleaner) as I have had some nightmare roommates before. I am quiet and very much a homebody so Im looking to make my space somewhere I love spending time. I dont drink or smoke and Im really looking for somebody like-minded who can say that they are clean and quiet without crossing their fingers behind their back haha
