older millenial trans woman looking for safe housing. I’m on disability so I am home a lot and don’t have a very big budget. I’m willing to pickup extra housework for a break in rent. i highly value cleaning up after myself and having an orderly house. i cook well and love sharing meals.

i am a musician and I sing in a choir. i am fairly extraverted and I like conversation, but I am also very happy to spend time with myself.

i prefer to live with other women, and need at least 1.5 bathrooms. i have a senior cat who does not tolerate other cats, but is fine with dogs. i have a preteen kid who lives with his mom , and I’m hoping he will be able to come for visits.

i am covid (and other infectious diseases) conscious. i mask outside of the home (and inside if I’m sick). would greatly prefer someone with these values.
