I’m a quiet, respectful, and fairly low-key tenant. I work as a full-time writer, so I spend most of my time writing, reading, or gaming quietly at home. I keep common areas clean, am communicative, and good about respecting shared spaces and other people’s boundaries.

I’m looking for a stable, long-term place with considerate people. I’m easygoing, respectful of shared spaces, and pretty straightforward to live with.

I’m transfem and early on in transition, so I’m looking for people who are LGBT-friendly and chill about that sort of thing.

Looking for somewhere that will be available at the end of August as my current lease lasts until then.
