Gaia

I’m Gaia, a recent UofT grad working toward a full-time schedule across two part-time jobs. I’m organized and fairly tidy, and I like having a roommate I can hang out with sometimes without it being a whole thing. I go out a lot socially so I’m rarely hosting big groups at home, but I’m totally fine if you do.

It’s only end of May and I’m already looking because I want to find the right person before committing to a place together. Ideally we’d have time to get to know each other, make sure we actually get along, and look for apartments together rather than going in blind. I’m targeting mid-fall for a move-in.

I’m looking for another woman, ideally someone who’s working, with a similar budget and the same vision for the place: our own bedrooms, our own bathrooms, around $1,600/month each tops. Upper year students finishing up are welcome too, and I’m open to a range of ages.
