Hello! I’m looking for 1-2 female roommates to team up to find a 2-3 bedroom apartment available for September 1st, 2026.

I’m a 26-year-old professional working a hybrid schedule (3-4 days a week in office) in the Financial District, so being close to a subway station is preferable (can be near Lines 1, 2, or 5). I’m most interest in the Midtown area are ideal, but I’m pretty flexible on location overall.

My personal budget is between $1400-$1500, including utilities and, maybe, a parking spot. Hoping to have my own ensuite bathroom, but flexible on that as well. As a roommate, I’m relaxed, clean, and respectful of others’ space. Happy to hang out with roommates or do my own thing—really just cool to do whatever feels natural.

I also have 2 very cute, friendly cats. However, they may or may not be coming with me, depending on the apartment, available space, and everyone’s comfort level. They can go to a family member, if needed.
