I am looking for a furnished room from December 2026 to June 2027. I’m somewhat new to the city and waiting until July 2027 to commit to a lease of my own. Ideally looking for a place with a parking spot (and I’m happy to take us to Costco).

I am a clean and quiet person who can easily keep my own company or chat and hang out in a shared space. I’m straightforward, honest, and I make friends easily. I don’t speak French (yet!), but I’m learning and very comfortable in a multilingual household. I speak Chinese and Russian fluently and use them in my professional life as part of my graduate studies.

I like to cook and share in making food, but I will never take yours without asking. I play music but am happy to use headphones. I’m fine with cannabis use in the home, but prefer vape/edible use so we don’t have a lot of smell. I’m allergic to dogs, but love cats.

I strongly prefer to only live with other women.
