My preferred budget is between CAD $600 and $900 per month, although I may consider slightly higher options if utilities and internet are included. I am open to renting a room in a shared apartment, shared house, basement suite, or student accommodation.

I am a quiet, responsible, and non-smoking tenant. I respect shared spaces, pay rent on time, and will be focused primarily on my studies. I can provide proof of university admission, identification, and any additional documents you may require.
