Hey everyone! 👋

I’m Danish, 26, and I’m making the move from Halifax to Toronto to start a new role with Warner Music Group. I spent my earlier years in Dubai and the last 6 years in Halifax (shoutout to Acadia Uni alumni!), and now I’m incredibly excited to experience life in the big city.

What I’m looking for:

Budget: Up to $1,700/month

Location: Preferably Downtown Toronto

Move-in Date: July - August

Term: 1 year

Setup: A private room in a condo, OR I’m totally down to team up with someone to go apartment hunting together.

A bit about me as a roommate:

The Vibe: I’m easy-going, clean, and tidy. I don’t mind sharing a space with males or females—I lived in co-ed setups back at Acadia and it was always a great experience!

Work/Life: I work full-time in tech for WMG, run an AI startup on the side, and I also organize a music festival in Halifax every September. I stay busy, but I always make time for fun.

Social & Respectful: I’m a social person who loves a good movie night, but I also highly value my own downtime and respect my roommates’ personal space.

Interests: I love hitting the gym, joining run clubs, checking out downtown bars, and grinding out cafe working sessions. I’m also huge on watching sports and going to live concerts.

Travel: I love exploring! Being based in Toronto will make it so much easier to travel to new places. I’m planning a Latin America tour and a Europe trip soon—if my future roommate is down to be a travel buddy, even better! ✈️

The Best Perk: I love to cook, so you’ll definitely be getting some top-tier meals out of this arrangement! 👨‍🍳🍲

Since I’m new to the city, I’m really hoping to make some friends along the way, not just find a place to sleep. I can happily provide landlord references upon request.
