My name is David Montalvo, and I am currently living near Bathurst and Dupont.

Unfortunately, my current roommate’s family situation has changed, and he will need the unit back by the end of June. Because of this, I am looking for a new place to move into starting July 1st.

I am a student at George Brown College (Casa Loma Campus), where I am completing my program and expect to graduate in April 2027. I am hoping to find a place in the neighborhood so I can continue walking to school.

I live with my cat, Bunny. She is a small, well-behaved indoor cat who spends most of her time in my room, when I go out to work or school she stays in my room, she only goes out for a Little bit to smell around when I am there to watch her. She is quiet, clean, and has never caused any issues in my current residence.

I am a respectful, clean, and responsible tenant. I keep shared spaces organized and clean, and I spend most of my time either studying or working. During the summer break (May through September), I work full-time. In my current place, we clean every week. One week is me and the next one my roomate, so I can work with this kind of duties specially in order to keep everyones home clean.

I am looking for a comfortable and peaceful place where I can stay long-term, ideally until I complete my studies.

I can provide reference letters, landlord references, employment information, and additional documentation if needed. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about me or Bunny. I am currently employed and can provide proof of income if required.
