Hey I’m Sam (she/her), I’m from Ontario and I’m moving to Calgary for grad school (UCal). I’m looking for a 1-year lease in downtown beginning in Sept 2026. I’ve never had big issues with housemates - I’m generally clean, quiet, and friendly. I mostly keep to myself but I’d love to make new friends as well so it would be great to move in with others to hang out with or explore the city! I’ll mostly be busy grinding at school and on the job hunt so the lease term will be a quick year for me. :)
