Livia & Kaylee

Hi, my name is Livia and me and my roommate Kaylee are looking for one more person to share a 3 bed 2 bath condo/apartment downtown. We are looking for another girl who would be renting the second biggest bedroom (I would have the smallest and Kaylee would have the masters) and would share a bathroom with me. We are looking for someone who is clean, will look after themselves and our home, chill, friendly, respectful, and practices good communication. We would love to be friends with our roommate but we are also ok with coexisting in harmony :) About us: I, Livia, am 21 yro and work as a server/host in two restaurants near downtown. I’m Brazilian and I moved to Canada (Whitby) with my family in 2019, and have been now I’m living alone in Toronto for about a year. I’m very independent and value personal space and downtime, but I also enjoy socializing and hanging out! I work in hospitality, so my schedule can be a bit late some nights (I can get home around 3am), but I’m very mindful when I come in (I usually just eat, brush my teeth, and go to bed). Me and Kaylee met here on Roomies and instantly hit it off! Kaylee is 22yo and Korean based in Vancouver. She will be graduating from SFU in June, and will start working in downtown Toronto in September. She is respectful, clean, social but not loud. Her hobbies are pilates, finding new matcha cafés, and learning new cultures and languages! Our ideal move in date is August 1 and we are looking for apartments that are comparatively modern and have an in-unit laundry and dishwasher. P.S: I’m already viewing some apartments.
