Hi, I’m Livia and I’m looking to move to West-Central areas in Toronto to be closet to work. I’m warm, friendly, respectful, and clean and I’m looking for a comfortable home where everyone is considerate, easygoing, and has good communication. I’m very independent and value personal space and downtime, but I also enjoy socializing and hanging out! I work in hospitality, so my schedule can be a bit late some nights (I can get home around 2–3am), but I’m very mindful when I come in (I usually just eat, brush my teeth, and go to bed). I’m a clean person, I’ll take care of shared spaces and look after myself. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, finding cafés to read or study, going for walks, and spending time outside, specially when it’s sunny! I’m LGBTQIA+ friendly and would love to live with people who are as well. I also love animals, so I’m pet friendly even though I don’t currently have any. Ideally looking for a place to stay for 6–12 months, with roommates who are respectful and value a positive environment :)
