Hi, I’m Fityaan, a third-year Computer Science student at York University. I’m friendly, respectful, clean, and easy to get along with. I’m usually busy with school and work, so I appreciate having a calm and comfortable home environment.

I’m responsible with rent and shared household duties, and I always try to keep common areas clean. I’m also considerate about noise, personal space, and everyone’s schedules. In my free time, I enjoy working out, playing basketball, gaming, and relaxing.
