Hi I’m Justin,

I am a male 20 year old, my parents are both from Vietnam, I was born and raised in Victoria, BC Canada. I currently work for my Dad’s gutter, soffit, siding, etc. company as I hope to take over in the future. I enjoy golfing, poker, the gym, fish keeping, and I used to play a lot of hockey. I am headed to UBC to finish my degree and to jump into a new chapter of my life. After I finish my degree, if all goes to plan I will be running the business and most likely will live most of my life in Victoria. I wasn’t quite ready to settle down and I thought that attending UBC would be a great way to experience a different life, I also have friends who attend. I planned to live with my friend who already attends UBC, however it is difficult to find a place that meets both of our criteria. I am a little unclear on how there is one bedroom available but there is an option for 2 people, some clarification on that would be nice. Ideally I would rent over the school term and move-in sometime late July to late August. I am new to this process but am highly interested and would like to know the next steps.
