I’m a working professional employed in Downtown Toronto and currently looking for a room in Downtown or Midtown, preferably close to a subway station for an easy commute to work.

• Budget: Up to $1,100/month • Move-in Date: Available immediately (can move in as early as tomorrow) • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, typically out of the house from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM • Weekends: I’m usually away most weekends • Preference: Looking for a quiet place with no more than one other person living in the home/apartment.

I’m very quiet, respectful, clean, organized, and easy to live with. I also have my own furniture, so an unfurnished room is perfectly fine.
