A bit about me: I work as a professional geochemist and I’m also a competitive athlete (lumberjack sports) and paraglider pilot. Because of my schedule, I’m very active, independent, and respect a quiet, organized home to recharge in.

I actually manage rental properties myself, so I completely understand the value of a clean, respectful, and well-maintained shared space. I take pride in being clean, tidy, and considerate of my roommates. I don’t smoke, have no pets, and am fully aligned with the house rules.
