hello! my Name is River, I’m looking for a long-term rental and wanted to introduce myself. i will be 24 years old on november 4th. I’m responsible, quiet, and take good care of where I live. I have three male cats that are neutered, litter-trained, and have never caused damage in any previous homes. They are kept very clean/ tamed and well behaved. (my 1 cat is 17 years old and my other 2 are inseparable twins who are 10 years old.) I’m happy to provide references, veterinary records, i am willing to complete a condition inspection and pay the legal pet deposit. As for me, i work part time as a waitress at a diner and keep well to myself. i am very clean and organized and i do not enjoy drinking or partying i am very devoted to my cats and work. i get an extra $1060 from government disability each month
