Hi everyone,

I am a new Permanent Resident in Canada and I am currently looking for a roommate to rent a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment together, ideally starting in late August or early September in Ottawa.

A little about me: I am a Civil Engineer and a single professional. I am quiet, clean, organized, respectful, and easy to get along with. I value a peaceful, comfortable, and well-maintained living environment. I do not smoke, I do not have pets, and I appreciate keeping shared spaces tidy and respectful.

I am looking for someone responsible, friendly, clean, and considerate. Ideally, I would prefer a non-smoker and someone without pets.

My budget is between CAD 1,000 and CAD 1,200 per month.
