Zhenghui

I am male and from China. I will start a postdoctoral research position at UBC, so I am looking for a room that is convenient for commuting and suitable for long-term living.

I have a regular lifestyle and I am quiet, easygoing, and respectful of my roommates’ personal space. I also care about keeping shared areas clean and tidy. I do not host parties or make noise, and I will usually spend most of my time working at the university or in the lab. I cook only lightly and simply, and I always clean up the kitchen after using it.

I am also happy to follow house rules, pay rent on time, and maintain a good relationship with my roommates.
