Hi! I’m transferring to U of A for BCom this September from SAIT, and will be in my 2nd year once I start. I’m very organized and punctual. 95% of the time I will be staying at my Girlfriends’ place downtown, but need a place to call my own as well- you will pretty much have the apartment to yourself most of the time! Budget is between 700-900/mo, hopefully close to U of A or downtown.
