My name is Layne. I’m a student at Douglas College looking to move to the Burnaby area to get out my current housing situation and move closer to East Vancouver and the queer scene there. I’m a dyke. I come with a very cute&chill adult cat, Spyder.

Why I am a great roommate? I clean up after myself, I communicate clearly what I want and what I will do, and I have an interest in the world. I value clear communication, curiosity, and reciprocity. If you care about it, I respect it. I do not care to judge you. I like to chat, read, bake, have a hot drink, and be in nature.

I am working two jobs and taking summer classes, so for 5-6 days of the week I expect to leave in the morning and return in the late evening. The last 1-2 days of the week I spend at home to do a deep clean and reset.
