I’m currently looking for a place in Victoria or surrounding areas for September 15th or October 1st

Ideally, I’d love somewhere close to transit for easier commute.

A little about me: ️🔹️Working professional 🔹️Clean, quiet, & considerate 🔹️Respectful of shared spaces 🔹️ No drugs, Non-smoker 🔹️Easygoing, and responsible 🔹️No issues with previous rentals

What I’m looking for

🏠 1 bed / 1 bath apartment, townhouse or basement OR

🛏️ Private room with a private bathroom preferred.

I’m also open to sharing if it’s the right fit, ideally with just ONE other person.

📅 September 15th or October 1st 💰 Budget: $800–$1,200 🔑Sublet or month-to-month preferred(can do 6 mnths) 🚌 Close to transit preferred 🧺 In-suite laundry would be great 🛒 Close to grocery stores would be a bonus

🐶 No pets is my first preference, but I’m okay with a chill, friendly dog. Unfortunately, I’m allergic to cats 😕
