Looking for a room to rent in shared apartment or house, in the Brockville, Perth, Kemptville triangle. Will need access to amenities such as kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and reliable high-speed internet. No need for parking. I am a 55-year-old, single male on a fixed income; no drug use, next-to-no alcohol use, smoker (outside); simple life-style, computer geek, tidy. May be ready to move sooner if nearby and can pay a prorated partial rent. I’ve lived in the same apartment for the past 10 years, but landlord is selling unit so I must move by July 31st. I have some furniture, if needed. I’m fine with cats and/or dogs. I love animals.
