I am a student, and I also work, mainly from home. I am quiet, very clean, respectful and friendly, though I keep a healthy distance. Also, I ensure my rent is paid on time (I hate to owe). I don’t have any roomies. I would like to move in on the 1st of July and am essentially looking for a private room and bathroom (but if there isn’t, I can share a bathroom with only 1 female). An in-unit gym, washer/dryer, furnished kitchen, and furnished room are really what I am searching for.
