I’m retired and a former professional. I’m a gentleman. I really get along well with young people in their 20’s and 30’s also as we communicate very well. My daughter and granddaughter live close by - I just wish to be close to them. I work part time helping others / volunteer. And I’m out allot. Very flexible, quiet, easy going and a very nice person who gets along with pretty much anyone. I’m also very healthy, reasonably fit and positive. By example I’m at GoodLife Fitness regularly. I prefer to be very neat in my own room. And will always keep the common space in accordance with your rules. I typically go away a few months each year.
