My name is Tjark, I’m 34 years old and originally from Germany.

Im looking for a furnished, simple, nice and central place to stay here in Victoria. I need a room from the 15th of june till the end of july :)

Since January, I’ve been traveling full-time. From January to May, I completed the Te Araroa Trail in New Zealand, which was an incredible experience and a great way to start this year of adventure. Back in germany i worked for the last 12 years in IT-Systemadministration. Especially in network and database administration. Firewalls & Switches. IT-Security and Management.

I’ve recently arrived in Canada on an IEC Open Work Permit and I’m planning to spend about a month or maybe more in Victoria. During that time, I’d love to get to know the city, meet new people, and experience local life rather than just passing through as a tourist.

I’m interested in hiking, nature, travel, good conversations, and discovering new places. I love animals and play volleyball.

I used to live with flatmates. I love a good chat but also respect personal spaces. Will take care of all shared spaces.
