Hello all,

Alessandro here. I am a 30 year old male looking to move to the downtown core, any part will be fine as I am looking to move out by July 1st.

I am looking to room with anyone who will gladly take me and my dog in. Budget is open, just looking for respectful, clean, and down to earth individuals to share the downtown lifestyle with.

Own bathroom will be ideal, but will not deny a shared bathroom. I am a working man, normal 8-5pm job, I am clean and will not hesitate to clean up after myself if I had cause a mess or someone else has.

I have a four year old 14lb Shiba Inu named Zoro, he is house trained/potty trained and CRATE trained, emphasis on the crate training as he is used to being in the crate when I am not around or when company does not warrant a dog to be around. He refuses to go inside and will wait to be walked by myself.

He is really good with other people, he is good with other pets, has an obsession with cats and will not cause any hindrance when I am away while he is in the crate. He is quiet and does not bark regularly. He will paw at you if he does not get the attention he is wanting, but that’s just the type of dog he is.

I keep him clean and clean his paws after every walk when it is needed (downtown sidewalk … always needed)

I love coffee, we can always grab a cup of coffee and chat whenever the chance arises.

I am always open for a few drinks here and there, but I do not drink regularly. I do not smoke at home, I cannot stand the smell myself, so there will be no lingering smell of smoke at any given point in the place.
