Hi! I’m a 23 year old female looking for a summer sublet in Ottawa for July and August. I currently work at a doctors office just outside Ottawa and would ideally like to stay in the southeast end of the city, including areas such as Vanier, Gloucester, Alta Vista, Greenboro, Findlay Creek, or nearby neighborhoods.

I’m returning to school in September and need temporary accommodation as my current lease ends at the end of June. I’m a quiet, respectful, clean, and organized tenant who takes pride in maintaining my living space. I work full-time during the week and live a fairly low-key lifestyle.

I have two well-behaved cats who have never caused issues in any of my previous rentals. However, if pets are not permitted or would be a concern, they can stay with my parents for the summer. I also have a car and would require parking or if not then street parking close by.

My ideal arrangement would be:

• A private one-bedroom apartment or condo sublet
• A private basement suite
• A room in a shared home where I would be the only occupant for the summer
