I am clean and quiet. Since, I am retired, I can work around your schedule. I can stay out of the shower in the morning, and I can cook during quiet times. My off peak cooking and showers make it easier for my roomies.

I am reliable to pay the rent, and I have no debt. I have only 1 monthly expense, and it’s a talk and text phone for $19. I have a 1535 monthly income, and I have savings from working most of my life.

Finally, I am looking for long term. I would like to settle into a place for up to 5 years.
