I am clean and quiet. Since, I work all day on my computer in my room, I can work around your schedule. I can stay out of the shower in the morning, and I can cook during quiet times. My off peak cooking and showers make it easier for my roomies.

I am reliable to pay the rent, and I have 0 debt. My phone is my one expense at $21 per month for Ryder and Bell. I have a 2300 monthly income NET.

Yorkton Low Income Housing would charge me .30 x 2300, and I would prefer to live in the private sector. I currently rent a room in Yorkton SK on Darlington St. E.

I am interested in either Saskatchewan or Alberta communities to work on my book / research.

Finally, I am looking for long term. I am in good health, and I would like to settle into a place for up to 5 - 10 years.
