Hi friends!! My husband(29, non-binary, they/he) and I(28, trans woman, she/her) are coming to Vancouver in mid-July from NYC and are looking for apartments, sublets and/or rooms. Our rental budget is $2000/month including expenses. We are open to anywhere in the Metropolitan Vancouver area. We are open to having 1-2 roommates or suggestions on how to find a place. Since we aren’t Canadian we do not have Canadian credit scores which poses a bit of a challenge for us. Looking for a move in date of July 15 or August 1st ideally.

A little about us:

-We are both returning to school in September. I will be attending VCC for Cosmetology and my husband is attending CapU for Business Administration. -We do not have any pets but are okay living with others who do. -We are both fiber artists and spend our free time knitting and crocheting. -Other hobbies include: makeup, video games, fashion, reading, hiking, exploration. -Love cooking and will happily cook meals for the household to have a dinner together.
