I’m a clean, quiet divorced gentleman, looking to offset the cost of renting a house by renting out a private room and bathroom to a quiet individual. I work from home and prefer that my roommate spend much of their time out of the house. On the other hand, I will often be away on weekends. I prefer to live without much ambient noise (e.g. tv, music). I have a small dog who is friendly, but may take a few days to warm up to someone else in the house, as he was rescued from a shelter. Most of the house will be furnished with my own furniture. I am also open to furnishing the space for my roomie.
