I am a single adult male on a pension. Im very clean and independent. I drive and have my own vehicle. Im also willing to help and do repairs around the property and cars. Im available to drive other tenants to appointments and grocery shopping for gas money. I’m currently staying in an AirBnB and it’s costing me more than rent. There are 2 other persons that are staying there as well and it would be nice if we could find a place together, preferably a 3 bedroom townhouse. If that is not available, I will go on by own. I need a place that houses mature adults that don’t have crazy parties and do drugs.
