Hi everyone!

I’m looking for a furnished 2-bedroom basement suite to rent starting September 1 on . I can move in sooner if need be. I’ll be living with my cousin and his partner, so we’re looking for a place where we can each have our own bedroom (His name is Andrew, he has an ad up as well).

We have been looking at the following neighborhoods: Oakridge, South Cambie, Vancouver west side, Highgate Edmonds , River district

We’re all quiet, respectful, and responsible tenants who will be splitting the rent and utilities equally. We’re looking for a suite with:

• In-suite laundry
• Full kitchen
• Bathroom with shower
• Living room
• Preferably a separate entrance

A cannabis-friendly rental would be a bonus, but it’s not a requirement.
