I’m going to be a student at the University of Alberta and I’m looking for a respectful roommate or shared apartment situation near campus.

I’m friendly, easygoing, and respectful of people’s space. I’ll also be working a lot from my room since I operate a few online businesses, so I’m usually pretty focused and can definitely keep things quiet when needed. I care about having a clean, comfortable apartment and being considerate with noise, guests, and shared spaces.

I’m not looking for a party-house situation, but I’m also not uptight. I’m open to being friendly with my roommate, having the occasional drink, and keeping the vibe relaxed as long as we both respect each other’s schedules and boundaries. I’m okay with smoking, but preferably not inside the apartment since most buildings don’t allow that anyway.

Overall, I’m hoping to find someone responsible, communicative, and chill enough to share a good living setup with.
