48-year-old male seeking a room to rent in the Comox Valley area. I am a non-smoker, though I am comfortable living with smokers.

I am currently going through a separation and am looking for a stable, respectful living arrangement while I transition to the next chapter of my life. I co-own a home in Cumberland and plan to attend school in the fall.
