Hey! my name is Terence, and I am looking to find a roommate who is responsible, easygoing and mature. I myself am a working professional heading into my second year working for the health authority. I’m an active guy and workaholic but enjoy my social time and good chats when I can. I thoroughly enjoy producing music, fitness, reading, and paying off sleep debt. I keep things tidy and am respectful of others spaces. I also like to do a deep clean every month or so. Finding a place in North or West Vancouver would be ideal but willing to look into Vancouver if its relatively close to a lions gate or 2nd narrows bridge.
