Looking to find a dude to team up to rent at The Distrixt in Langford or something similar. Rents here r stupid, but a nice 2 bdm there is 2500 ish, so tolerable w 2. I’m ft employed. I“m straight, single, no kids, no pets no smoking - anything. I have asthma and will not live w a smoker (inside or out - this is non-negotiable). I have very little furniture but lots of art as I’m an artist. I work for waste management to pay my bills. I have a vehicle and a bicycle that i ride daily.
Leafs / Jays / CFL fan. Listen to stand up comedy often (bill burr, kyle kinane). I’ll spend most of my time at work, the gym, on my bike, making food and sleeping. I eat a lot. I get up at stupid o’clock for work. I’m clean, respectful and fun and will respect your privacy.
