Hi! I’m a 30-year-old female from South Korea, moving to Vancouver this August 1st as an international student. I previously worked as a software engineer in Korea and am now relocating to Richmond for a career change.

Length of Stay: I am looking for a long-term stay (at least 1 year+). Since I don’t like moving around often, I would love to stay until I graduate (up to 4 years+) if the place and roommates are a good fit.

Lifestyle: Quiet, introverted, and very clean. I highly respect everyone’s privacy and personal space.

Habits: Non-smoker, no parties, and no guests. I don’t have pets of my own, but I’m totally fine with them!

Cooking: I mostly do meal-prep to pack lunches and always clean up right away.

I’m looking for a quiet, respectful, and tidy home (preferably female-only) in Richmond. Since I’m currently overseas, I’d appreciate a virtual viewing.
