Hello,

My name is Devraj Brid, and I am a Canadian Permanent Resident and I work fulltime job. I am currently looking for a private room with a private/ shared washroom.

I am available to move in from August 1, 2026, and I am seeking a rental agreement for a minimum of 6 months, preferably up to 1 year.

I am a responsible, clean, and respectful tenant, and I would be happy to provide any additional information if required.

I don’t have any pets but don’t mind if you have one. I’m a chill person who enjoys good company as well as respects personal space. I do not mind if you want to have your friends over however would not prefer a perpetual parties home for sure.

I usually cook my own food, but I would be happy to serve another plate.
