Hi everyone,

My name is Ezra. I am from Taiwan and currently in Canada on a Working Holiday Permit. I am looking for a room to rent starting July 1 until the end of September.

Preferred requirements:

• Budget: around $1,600–$1,700/month (negotiable)
• Utilities included (hydro, water, internet, heating)
• Furnished room (bed, desk, chair, wardrobe)
• Private bathroom
• Window in the room
• Easy access to TTC subway or bus (I do not have a car)

About me:

• Non-smoker
• No pets
• Quiet and respectful
• Clean and responsible
• Currently looking for a full-time job in the manufacturing industry

I am available to view the room before June 30.
