Hi! I’m a student currently studying Computer Programming at Seneca College, and I’m looking for a room in a clean, respectful, and quiet household.

I’m a pretty easygoing and responsible person. I keep shared spaces tidy, pay rent on time, and respect other people’s routines and privacy. I’m usually focused on school and personal projects, so I’m not a loud or disruptive tenant.

I’m comfortable living with roommates and I’m used to shared living environments. I don’t smoke and I don’t party at home. I’m mainly looking for a stable place to stay while I finish my program and continue working part-time.

Ideally, I’m looking for something near transit in the North York / Toronto area, but I’m open to other locations if it’s a good fit.
