We are four second-year Engineering students at the University of Alberta looking for a place to live for the upcoming school year. We currently live in university residence and have a strong track record of being responsible tenants. Since our housing is supported by our families and student funding, we can guarantee rent payments will always be made on time. We are all non-smokers, have no pets, and maintain a clean, quiet, and respectful living environment. As engineering students, we spend most of our time attending classes, studying, and working on projects, so we are generally very low-maintenance tenants. We take pride in keeping our living space tidy and being considerate of our neighbors at all times. We are flexible, easy to communicate with, and willing to adapt to any reasonable house rules or requirements. We would love the opportunity to be reliable, long-term tenants and take excellent care of the property.
