Hi! I’m a female student at Vancouver Island University, just finished my first year in the Business Administration program (Marketing major). I’m a non-smoker, very clean, organized, and quiet, with a calm social life. I’m independent, respectful, and easy to communicate with. I work during the school year and spend most of my time at school or work. I’m looking for long-term housing (ideally for the rest of my degree), budget $500–$600. I’m fine with guests, outside-only smoking, and pets on a case-by-case basis. No parties or messes please — I value a peaceful home.
