I am a clean, quiet, respectful tenant living on a fixed disability income. I have a strong history of paying rent on time and maintaining my home in excellent condition. I do not smoke, do not have pets, and live a quiet lifestyle. I regularly help out my senior parents ages 77 & 87 who also live in st Catharines. So I would like to stay close by to them I am looking for a safe, affordable apartment, basement suite, bachelor, or room rental. Long-term tenancy preferred.
