Maivannan

Hi! I am Maivannan (aka Rangan), an incoming International Graduate Student (Master’s) from the south of India, at the Department of Oncology (School of Medicine), USask. I have previously lived in South Korea and Germany (for almost a decade), and spent most of my 20s and early 30s as an expat, working in research environments. I am quiet, spend my days at the Lab, and evenings at the gym. When not at work or at the gym, I will be mostly at the house, using it for cooking, eating and sleeping. I prefer quiet evenings, and don’t like to invite unwanted guests. I keep mostly to myself, except for occasional small-talks and laughs. I cook basic gym diet (chicken, eggs, vegetables and rice). I am open to occasional netflix and chill on the weekends. I mostly concentrate on my research, lab work, and my health (i.e., gym). I don’t party. I prefer a small walk, or sitting on the lawn, when I am free. My weekends are mostly spent watching a movie or two on my laptop, and sleeping, if I don’t have any work. I need my environment to be clean, and will help with cleaning the house on weekends. I am minimalistic, and don’t like stuffing my room with too many unnecessary things. I would like to rent the room from Aug, 2026.
