Hi! My name is Britt, and I’m a 34-year-old woman currently relocating back to the Lower Mainland to attend school this fall and establish myself in the area.

I’m looking for a temporary room rental while I secure employment and longer-term housing. I’m a quiet, respectful, and responsible tenant who values a peaceful living environment. I don’t host parties, rarely drink, and spend most of my time focused on personal goals, fitness, school preparation, reading, and spending time outdoors.

I receive stable disability income and am actively pursuing additional funding, employment, and housing opportunities as I prepare to begin my Registered Massage Therapy program. My goal is to use this temporary accommodation as a stepping stone while I get settled and build a stable foundation for school and work.

As a roommate, I’m considerate of shared spaces, clean up after myself, communicate openly, and respect other people’s privacy and schedules. I enjoy cooking, gardening, and maintaining a calm home environment. I also have strong references available upon request.

I do have a cat who is very important to me. However, I understand that not all homes can accommodate pets, and I have family who can care for her temporarily while I get settled and secure permanent housing. This means I am able to move in without bringing a pet if needed.
