I’m self-employed and currently looking for a room for a 2-12 month stay. I’m planning to start school either this semester or next to continue my education. I’m a transgender woman (she/her) who lives a quiet, clean, and respectful lifestyle. I don’t smoke, drink, use drugs, or have any pets (but I love animals). I have two children who visit occasionally but do not live with me full-time. I’m generally easygoing and friendly, but I tend to keep to myself—either out of the house or quietly working in my room. I always clean up after myself, respect shared spaces, and make it a point to leave things better than I found them. I’m looking for a clean, considerate, and mutually supportive household where everyone can feel comfortable. I prefer female roomies, but I’m also open to respectful male roomies. For an “old girl,” I’m pretty chill and low-drama. I’d love to find the right fit and create some good memories together!
