I’am compassionate and kind , good at compromising . I’m organized , very clean and most important never pay rent late or miss a payment , everywhere I’ve lived I’ve stayed for years currently have been at this address for almost 9 years and still would be but house is up for sale by the owner so time to move onward and upward for a new beginning. Also just want to add that my job currently is at St Phillips bakery on hwy 27 in Nobleton so it would be an added bonus if somehow we could be in walking distance to that or at least a cheap Lyft or Uber ride away because I don’t drive and there are no buses to get there .I’am currently paying 20$ to and from which takes to much money away from the rent I can pay , so please reach out if anyone is in the boat I’m in ! 🤔
