I am a single mom to one wonderful son and I work as a subsitute teacher with the same school board for almost 9 years. I’m currently applying to work for a second school board for more work opportunities. I don’t have any debt and I have good references from previous landlords. My son is a kind hearted, quiet boy, and a good student who’s currently attending a French high school in Orleans. I’m looking for either a month-to-month or 1-year lease (up to you!) as long as rent is no more than 900$/month (it can be less!); this is what I sure can afford for now! I can pay you the first, second, and last month of rent upon your request, and undergo a credit check if you require one.
