Liana Hicks

I am a UBC student going into my 5th year majoring in Speech Sciences, hoping to pursue a master’s in Audiology in a few years. I’m easygoing, friendly, very clean, and I’m quiet but love to chat! I sleep and wake up at reasonable times (around 10-11pm and wake up around 7). I’m a responsible person and a clear communicator when it comes to keeping up with household tasks, cleanliness in shared spaces, and respecting others, and have become familiar with the renting process through various rentals over the past 5 years. I always make sure to pay rent on time, follow the terms of the lease, and treat the property with respect. I’m comfortable with pets (though I am allergic to some cats). As a creative individual, my hobbies include art, painting, sewing, bookbinding, ballet, reading, yoga and being in nature :)
